UCSB Student Housing Projects

A sequence of ground up construction projects for student housing totaling over 716,000 SF including the Manzanita Village, San Clemente Villages, and Sierra Madre Villages. In all, 51 buildings were built which includes apartments, community centers, and other auxiliary buildings.
